Job Responsibilities
- Supporting and working on digital training and capability development priorities.
- Leading capability-building projects and initiatives to strengthen national ICT competencies and drive digital transformation.
- Collaborating with experts and consultants on participatory projects targeting specific programs.
- Designing and conducting high-impact training courses within TDRA and beyond.
- Ensuring the diversity of training mechanisms and channels, including hands-on labs.
- Continuously enhancing training content to align with best practices in capability-building, focusing on quality, presentation, and effectiveness.
- Measuring programs, projects, and training activities through the development of operational and strategic indicators consistent with TDRA’s plans and objectives.
- Cooperating with relevant groups, including human resources, digital awareness, and marketing, to ensure the impact of training.
- Managing digital capability products and ensuring their growth and sustainability.
- Building and maintaining a network of international and national partners across government, private sectors, and academia, recognizing collaboration opportunities.
