Job Responsibilities

  •   Responsible for applications offered by the application management team along with its agreed operational processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Lead and participate in applications project implementations and major upgrade planning.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new systems. Collaborate with technical teams to develop documentation, change management, and support standards.
  • Perform deployments of application/product releases to production environments using Agile project management processes.
  • Coordinate with government entities' respective teams as required to refine/clarify business requirements and feedback.
  • Monitor applications' performance and uptime via established FEDnet monitoring practices and methods.
  • Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications.
  • Interact with government entities to solve problems, augment system functionality, and improve the user interface.
  • Provide application enhancements, development, improvement, documentation of processes, and training where appropriate.
  • Perform any tasks related to work assigned by the line manager.


  • Knowledge of the latest developments in software, servers, related processes, and information sources
  • Basic programming C, C#, Python, SQL Server, and CSS programming.
  • Knowledge with API, HTML, Agile, and cloud systems.
  • Experience with scripting, and unit testing.
  • Knowledge in information security related to applications
  • Project Management
