Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for applications offered by the application management team along with its agreed operational processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Lead and participate in applications project implementations and major upgrade planning.
- Participate in the evaluation of new systems. Collaborate with technical teams to develop documentation, change management, and support standards.
- Perform deployments of application/product releases to production environments using Agile project management processes.
- Coordinate with government entities' respective teams as required to refine/clarify business requirements and feedback.
- Monitor applications' performance and uptime via established FEDnet monitoring practices and methods.
- Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications.
- Interact with government entities to solve problems, augment system functionality, and improve the user interface.
- Provide application enhancements, development, improvement, documentation of processes, and training where appropriate.
- Perform any tasks related to work assigned by the line manager.
Skills
- Knowledge of the latest developments in software, servers, related processes, and information sources
- Basic programming C, C#, Python, SQL Server, and CSS programming.
- Knowledge with API, HTML, Agile, and cloud systems.
- Experience with scripting, and unit testing.
- Knowledge in information security related to applications
