- Ensure efficient operation for Frequency Spectrum Authorization.- Possess good knowledge of the National Frequency Plan, Band Plans, and Channel Plans, and apply this knowledge in the radio Frequency Authorization Process. Carry out radio planning and technical analysis to enhance spectrum efficiency.- Possess expert-level knowledge of Automated Spectrum Management Software and implement a continuous improvement system.- Propose enhancements to the procedures and workflow for frequency spectrum authorization and initiate efforts for its implementation after change approval by higher management.- Receive application forms, scrutinize for completeness, validate for correctness and attachments, and then process applications for issuance of Frequency Spectrum Authorization using Spectrum Management System.- Prepare management reports about the applications processed and frequency spectrum authorizations issued.- Deal with customer complaints and queries on Frequency Spectrum Authorization and take corrective action wherever required.- Take a proactive role in planning for renewals of Authorizations, timely generation of coordination with revenue accountants for invoicing and settlement of unpaid invoices, coordination with the spectrum monitoring team for interference complaints, and checking on expired authorization.- Coordinate activities relating to invoicing and updating the database, etc.- Manage MARS database, 406 registry for the UAE, coordinate with relevant Ministries and Authorities like GCAA, FTA, and UAE Search and Rescue Center for actions related to Frequency Spectrum Authorizations of small boats, ships, and aircraft.- Notification and Coordination with ITU regarding call sign and MMSI.- Deal with all related issues for Emirates Amateur Radio Society.- Perform any tasks assigned by the line manager. - Prioritizing and coordinating digital training activities.- Implementing capability-building projects and initiatives to strengthen national ICT competencies and digital transformation.- Collaborating with experts and consultants and working on participatory projects targeting programmes.- Conducting high-impact training courses within TDRA and beyond.- Ensuring the diversity of training mechanisms and channels, including hands-on labs.- Continuously enhancing training content and ensuring its alignment and compatibility with best practices in capability-building in terms of quality, presentation, and effectiveness.- Ensuring that programmes, projects, and training activities are measured through the development of operational and strategic indicators consistent with the TDRA’s plans and objectives.- Cooperating with all groups concerned in ensuring the impact of training, including human resources, digital awareness, and marketing.- Performing any tasks assigned by the line manager. - Responsible for applications offered by the application management team along with its agreed operational processes, SLAs, and KPIs.

- Perform any tasks related to work assigned by the line manager. - Responsible for managing all services provided by the infrastructure team, such as G2G, internet, and NOC support, ensuring adherence to operational processes, SLAs, and KPIs.- Collaborate with TDRA PMO team and Managed Services partners to execute projects related to FEDnet infrastructure, including expansions and enhancements.- Coordinate with Managed Service partners to deploy TDRA agreed services like internet, G2G, NOC support, and MPLS connectivity as per the service catalogue.- Work with entities' respective teams to connect their infrastructure to FEDnet, involving tasks like meetings, workshops, questionnaire preparations, migrations, IP allocations, and links provisioning.- Manage end-to-end engagement with entities, including sharing monthly reports, resolving issues, and fulfilling their needs.- Support SM/Infrastructure in day-to-day operations with FEDnet NOC services, covering SLAs/KPIs, emergency requests, change control meetings, regular and monthly review meetings, and invoice reviews.- Assist in coordinating section projects aligned with TDRA strategic goals, such as network expansions and initiatives.- Oversee services related to shared service onboarding, such as GSB onboarding and API marketplace, ensuring adherence to operational processes, SLAs, and KPIs.- Manage Infrastructure Management section processes, including maintaining and attending audits related to ISO, risk register, and IMS.- Manage FEDnet Data Center, including access, asset and vendor management, security, and surveillance.- Perform any tasks assigned by the line manager. - Implement and manage marketing & awareness campaigns and media coverage to highlight the efforts of the digital government and increase confidence in them, using all possible media channels including the traditional and new methods- Prepare and present awareness sessions and workshops on digital government and its enablers and services to the beneficiaries including citizens and the organizations- Highlight the efforts of the digital government in the media by appearing in educational videos, television and radio interviews, and participating in relevant national conferences and events.- Represent the digital government in front of visitors and delegations from inside and outside UAE, participate in internal and national committees, and participate in regional and international meetings and conferences - if the need arises.- Explore opportunities to participate in various events, conferences, and awards locally and globally, and manage digital government participation in them- Measure and analyze the performance of digital government initiatives and activities, marketing campaigns, and the impressions of their beneficiaries, and proposing improvement plans based on that.- Support and empower government agencies to raise awareness of their digital services through initiatives, panel discussions and exchange of experiences- Manage the design and user experience of websites in the sector, and ensure their compatibility with the internal brand guidelines and best practices in that - if necessary- Write educational content that highlights efforts, initiatives and services in an easy language and in an attractive manner for the beneficiaries- Manage and update the content of digital government related websites and internal libraries, and develop plans to raise awareness of them- Manage and review press and media releases related to digital government, and prepare answers to relevant media inquiries- Prepare and design reports that highlight the achievements of the digital government sector, department, and department, and guides that spread awareness about best practices in the field- Prepare and design presentations and infographics related to the needs of the sector, administration and department - as needed- Implement projects and initiatives related to and supportive of raising awareness of digital services and enablers- Explore and establish partnership opportunities with the government, private, academic, and international sectors to enhance digital awareness- Establish and manage national committees, societies and teams related to awareness, training or digital transformation- Act as a point of contact between the digital government sector and the concerned departments within TDRA to manage issues related to awareness and training in the sector- Perform any tasks assigned by the line managerLatest Jobs
