- Preparing an annual plan and supervising the implementation of projects according to the budget and proactive time
- Supervising institutional implementation on an annual basis, determining performance indicators for all levels of use, and adopting digital government capabilities, which include but are not limited to (digital identity, government services association, questionnaire system, and other unified platform)
- Supervising the implementation of the roadmap for the unified digital text initiative, which includes, but is not limited to, listing and launching services for government and private agencies, working on product improvements (product enhancement release & roadmap), training government agencies on the service manager system, linking the agencies’ services to the service measurement dashboard, etc
- Prepare an annual plan to measure digital transformation at the level of federal agencies and to supervise the development of improvement plans to monitor the real and comprehensive transformation of digital services.
- Supervising the implementation of the UAE’s leadership plan in the digital services index and ensuring that all activities and requirements are completed according to the work plan
- Working with government agencies to develop key digital services from the axis of technology, performance, ease of use, and user experience by taking advantage of the Authority’s capabilities in the Government Innovation Center, the User Experience Laboratory, and other digital government enablers. - Creating design models, including graphic design, site navigation, and content planning.

Managing TDRA alternative channels such as SMS, newsletters, and email broadcasts.

- Oversee and maintain the unified database of all digital government initiatives and enablers, serving as the primary reference for related data.
- Create educational content that highlights efforts, initiatives, and services in an accessible and engaging manner for beneficiaries.
- Manage and update the content of digital government websites and develop plans to increase their visibility.
- Oversee the digital government sector’s participation in various events and related awards.
- Serve as the point of contact between the digital government sector and the Corporate Communications Department for awareness-related matters.
- Represent the digital government sector in media, national events, and conferences.
- Represent TDRA and the UAE in international organizations to showcase digital government leadership and support the country’s ranking in global indicators.
- Manage and review press releases related to digital government, and approve responses to media inquiries.
- Prepare reports showcasing digital government achievements and guidelines that promote best practices in the field.
- Implement projects and initiatives that enhance awareness of digital services and enablers, including national and international projects.
- Develop and present awareness sessions and workshops on digital government services and enablers to beneficiaries, including citizens and various sectors.
- Identify partnership opportunities with government, private, academic, and international sectors to boost digital awareness and lead these collaborations.
- Ensure the performance of programs, projects, and training activities are measured through operational and strategic indicators aligned with TDRA’s plans and objectives.
- Continuously explore new opportunities to promote digital government initiatives on both local and global scales.
- Collaborate with relevant teams, including Human Resources, Strategy, Corporate Communications, Training, and others, to ensure the impact of awareness efforts.
- Promoting and reinforcing concepts and culture related to future-oriented, proactive, and digital government services, as well as enhancing the customer experience within the authority in alignment with the vision, directions, and priorities of the UAE Government Excellent Service Program.
- Staying abreast of global developments and trends related to government services in various areas of the TDRA work.
- Proposing initiatives for the development and digitization of government services specific to TDRA, and overseeing their implementation in coordination with regulatory units and relevant entities.
- Developing partnerships with institutions, agencies, and regional/international organizations involved in designing, developing, and delivering services within TDRA. This includes ensuring the continuity and sustainability of accreditations, certifications, and awards received by the authority.
- Managing internal awards related to government services within TDRA.
- Supervising internal teams responsible for providing and linking customer and service databases to support service level measurement studies and ensure their quality.
- Submitting regular reports to the direct supervisor regarding efforts, initiatives, and achievements related to designing, developing, and delivering services, in coordination with the relevant service management unit.
