Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing an annual plan and supervising the implementation of projects according to the budget and proactive time
  • Supervising institutional implementation on an annual basis, determining performance indicators for all levels of use, and adopting digital government capabilities, which include but are not limited to (digital identity, government services association, questionnaire system, and other unified platform)
  • Supervising the implementation of the roadmap for the unified digital text initiative, which includes, but is not limited to, listing and launching services for government and private agencies, working on product improvements (product enhancement release & roadmap), training government agencies on the service manager system, linking the agencies’ services to the service measurement dashboard, etc
  • Prepare and contribute an annual plan to measure digital transformation at the level of federal agencies and to supervise the development of improvement plans to monitor the real and comprehensive transformation of digital services.
  • Supervising the implementation of the UAE’s leadership plan in the digital services index and ensuring that all activities and requirements are completed according to the work plan
  • Working with government agencies to develop key digital services from the axis of technology, performance, ease of use, and user experience by taking advantage of the Authority’s capabilities in the Government Innovation Center, the User Experience Laboratory, and other digital government enablers.

Skills

  • In-depth understanding of the development of government services

    Comprehensive understanding of the stages of managing initiatives, techniques, tools and various planning and implementation methodologies

  • Strong and proven skills in managing initiatives, including managing partners in various entities and managing risks.

  • Proactive in making and implementing decisions that significantly mitigate risks.

  • Strong and continuous awareness of various global and local trends and best practices.

  • Understanding customer needs; Set realistic aspirations; Establishing specific standards for customer satisfaction and monitoring them on an ongoing basis.

  • Take independent, timely decisions and actions in pursuit of priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Problem solving, decision making, creativity and project management.
