Job Responsibilities
- Prioritizing and coordinating digital training activities.
- Implementing capability-building projects and initiatives to strengthen national ICT competencies and digital transformation.
- Collaborating with experts and consultants and working on participatory projects targeting programmes.
- Conducting high-impact training courses within TDRA and beyond.
- Ensuring the diversity of training mechanisms and channels, including hands-on labs.
- Continuously enhancing training content and ensuring its alignment and compatibility with best practices in capability-building in terms of quality, presentation, and effectiveness.
- Ensuring that programmes, projects, and training activities are measured through the development of operational and strategic indicators consistent with the TDRA’s plans and objectives.
- Cooperating with all groups concerned in ensuring the impact of training, including human resources, digital awareness, and marketing.
- Performing any tasks assigned by the line manager.

Education
Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related major
