Senior Information Security Analyst

• The senior nalyst  duties include real-time visual display of global and local threat trends and statistics. He will also analyze incidents and conduct digital forensic investigations when needed. In addition to dealing with all cyber security incidents, preparing investigation reports, conducting tasks in accordance with standards such as ISO 270001:2015 and ASCLD/LAB, and continuing to meet the requirements of these certificates.
• Report security incidents, investigation reports, and service desk issues to the direct manager.
• Understand policies, standards and guidelines regarding monitoring and response work and technical and legal requirements in accordance with the policies and procedures of the response team and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority
• Providing a monitoring and response service based on the response team's threat management system
• Providing actual perceptions of threats and statistics at the global and local levels
• Analyze incidents as part of the computer security incident response team as required (in line with the response team's SLTs);
• Providing advice to mitigate the effects of threats as required and in line with service level tests
• Analyze incidents as part of the computer security incident response team as required (in line with the response team's SLTs);

• Extensive knowledge of information security technology and the latest developments in the field of information security and related processes, target control and threat control for the benefit of response team information and information sources.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent understanding of how to issue threat mitigation advice and offer countermeasure advice where appropriate.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio); and
• Excellent technical report writing skills.
• Excellent ability to take on tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Be able to handle sensitive matters with dignity and maintain confidentiality.
• Good time management skills.
• Willingness to work outside official working hours in the event of a serious accident that requires round-the-clock follow-up.
