Senior Officer Digital Awareness

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Spread awareness of digital government efforts and activities, including national digital services and enablers.
  • Implement and manage awareness campaigns and media coverage to highlight digital government efforts and build public confidence using all media channels, including traditional and new methods.
  • Lead and enhance the digital government’s reputation among partners and stakeholders, including citizens, government, private, academic, and international sectors.
  • Support and empower government agencies to promote their digital services through initiatives, panel discussions, and experience exchanges.
  • Measure awareness among various societal and sectoral segments about national digital services and enablers, following best practices, and provide recommendations to enhance awareness based on findings.
  • Manage and update the annual list of digital government sector activities, including a timetable for launching initiatives and ensuring their implementation.
  • Oversee and maintain the unified database of all digital government initiatives and enablers, serving as the primary reference for related data.
  • Create educational content that highlights efforts, initiatives, and services in an accessible and engaging manner for beneficiaries.
  • Manage and update the content of digital government websites and develop plans to increase their visibility.
  • Oversee the digital government sector’s participation in various events and related awards.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the digital government sector and the Corporate Communications Department for awareness-related matters.
  • Represent the digital government sector in media, national events, and conferences.
  • Represent TDRA and the UAE in international organizations to showcase digital government leadership and support the country’s ranking in global indicators.
  • Manage and review press releases related to digital government, and approve responses to media inquiries.
  • Prepare reports showcasing digital government achievements and guidelines that promote best practices in the field.
  • Implement projects and initiatives that enhance awareness of digital services and enablers, including national and international projects.
  • Develop and present awareness sessions and workshops on digital government services and enablers to beneficiaries, including citizens and various sectors.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with government, private, academic, and international sectors to boost digital awareness and lead these collaborations.
  • Ensure the performance of programs, projects, and training activities are measured through operational and strategic indicators aligned with TDRA’s plans and objectives.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities to promote digital government initiatives on both local and global scales.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams, including Human Resources, Strategy, Corporate Communications, Training, and others, to ensure the impact of awareness efforts.
