Job Responsibilities
- Creating design models, including graphic design, site navigation, and content planning.

Managing TDRA alternative channels such as SMS, newsletters, and email broadcasts.

Submitting reports and coordinating with regard to the comments received from the suggestions and complaints system on the website.

Managing complex websites throughout their life cycle and ensuring compliance with business requirements.

Organizing press conferences, including media invitations to the media and developing the press kit.
-
Coordinating with the teams and the official speakers to obtain the required information and draft the necessary content.

Managing and developing TDRA’s website and internal portal strategy and initiatives when necessary.

Working on digital mobility marketing initiatives designed to enhance and gather audience feedback.

Developing and supporting the website and other activities related to the authority via the Internet, including small websites.

Preparing reports and analysis related to the website and digital campaigns.
-
Developing, implementing, and submitting periodic reports on TDRA’s digital electronic activity.
-
Ensuring that the activities are consistent with the strategy and branding of TDRA.

Responding to all media queries raised by media in coordination with related departments in TDRA.

Updating the content of the website and the portal regularly.
-
Analyzing the usage of TDRA website, internal portal, and common trends, and reviewing the content and quality.

Issuing quarterly reports on TDRA’s website and internal portal.

Identifying user requirements through research and analysis of users' needs, preferences, goals, and methods of work.

Studying how users consume content, including data classification, and attending relevant discussion group meetings.

Ensuring the validation of all the content, including booklets, newsletters, announcements, publications, articles, annual reports, website, and others.

Developing all TDRA’s publications.

Gathering and analyzing all media coverages and preparing detailed reports, including recommendations for development on the basis of data.

Developing media plans and trainings to raise efficiency and effectiveness.

Creating a database/record of all media data and coverages.

Education
Bachelor's degree in media, public relations, marketing or any other related field
