Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Authority’s Integrated Management Systems, while continuously improving them to ensure a culture of quality and excellence through effective and sustainable management of institutional change.

Apply and implement the requirements of international standards for Integrated Management Systems, ensuring compliance with approved global benchmarks.

Support and follow up with the concerned departments in preparing to obtain new international certifications, providing the necessary technical assistance to achieve this.

Verify the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, ensuring the implementation of established policies and procedures in a way that contributes to achieving the Authority’s strategic objectives.

Prepare and manage internal and external audit plans related to the applied international standards, and organize and execute audits in line with the approved schedules.
Skills

Understanding of Quality Management Systems, standards, and institutional excellence frameworks.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technology.
