Senior Quality and Excellence Officer

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Authority’s Integrated Management Systems, while continuously improving them to ensure a culture of quality and excellence through effective and sustainable management of institutional change.

• Apply and implement the requirements of international standards for Integrated Management Systems, ensuring compliance with approved global benchmarks.

• Support and follow up with the concerned departments in preparing to obtain new international certifications, providing the necessary technical assistance to achieve this.

• Verify the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, ensuring the implementation of established policies and procedures in a way that contributes to achieving the Authority’s strategic objectives.

• Prepare and manage internal and external audit plans related to the applied international standards, and organize and execute audits in line with the approved schedules.

• Understanding of Quality Management Systems, standards, and institutional excellence frameworks.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technology.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Awareness of the latest developments in system security and related operations.

• Excellence in teamwork.
