Participate in the formulation and implementation of the procurement plans in order to ensure that user requirements are met and provide advice on matters related to procurement and contracts
Assist in the establishment of appropriate procurement & contracts policies and procedures and ensure they are free for procedural and financial irregularities by undertaking the procurement of all equipment and goods required by TRA in accordance with the established procedures
Handle the business’ product and service requirements, issue purchase requisitions (purchase order (PO) etc.) and coordinate with other departments in order to ensure that all related tasks are processed to meet client/owner specifications and requirements, at the lowest cost and as per agreements
Assist in the development of RFPs and RFQs for the procurement of goods and services required to support TDRA’s business operations, in line with applicable policies, procedures and frameworks
As part of the procurement process, contribute to negotiations with bidders in order to achieve optimal cost, payment terms and performance guarantees for TDRA. Also, analyze quotations received for compliance with quality requirements Coordinate with all Governmental Entities, evaluate their requests & prepare responses
Coordinate with relevant Ministries and Authorities like GCAA, FTA and Privet sector for actions related to Frequency Spectrum Authorizations
Assist in preparing reports, achieving key performance indicators, and extracting the required data. Proactive planning aims to complete the services of major users such as operators and oil companies, and ensure the confidentiality of information related to these services.
Actively communicate with Engineers Spectrum Services to guide and facilitate the processes
