- Conceptualize, design and produce awareness materials such as collaterals, awareness campaign, reports, office signage, web designs, video editing, photo shooting displays etc.
- Design basic copy, as appropriate for the project to be published, including internal and external campaigns, infographics, social media posts etc

- Developing partnerships with institutions, agencies, and regional/international organizations involved in designing, developing, and delivering services within TDRA. This includes ensuring the continuity and sustainability of accreditations, certifications, and awards received by the authority.

- Supervising internal teams responsible for providing and linking customer and service databases to support service level measurement studies and ensure their quality.
- Submitting regular reports to the direct supervisor regarding efforts, initiatives, and achievements related to designing, developing, and delivering services, in coordination with the relevant service management unit.
- Implementing the UAE Government Excellent Service Program in accordance with all its requirements. - Development of regulatory frameworks for trade, digital economy and trust services, in coordination with the considered authorities and economic departments.
- Supervising the monitoring and control of the activities of electronic trust and certification service providers to ensure compliance with the Federal Law of the State and all subsequent regulations

- Processing and approving applications for licensing trust services and electronic certification
- Suggesting appropriate regulatory tools, in coordination with the competent authorities, with regard to electronic consumer protection
- Studying, proposing and implementing projects that contribute to enhancing public confidence in the validity, integrity and reliability of electronic transactions, communications and records
- Studying and proposing the best practices applied in Trust Services, e-commerce, e-procurement, and sector trends, and providing them to the authority's team
- Examine the documents of complaints and arguments submitted by the licensee/disputing parties and advise the Director of Legal Affairs on the actions to be taken
- Coordination with the economic departments regarding the regulation of electronic economic activities and the issuance of no-objection letters for these activities

- Keep up with the development and protect TDRA’s network and systems using latest technologies (firewall, intrusion prevention devices, antivirus, email security, secure VPN, two-factor authentication and access management system).
